Dear Mimi & Tommy,

Thank you again for enjoying our work and for considering AF Atelier to walk along with you for your wedding design & planning journey. To recap our discussion, you wish to host a 2 day wedding celebration - a welcome cocktail event then the ceremony and dinner reception some time in October or November 2026. We’re looking at a guest size in between 50 to 150. You’d wish to host an aesthetically beautiful and memorable celebration for you and your guests. We will also look for ways to involve Mimi’s puppy in the celebration as well.

We understand you’d hope to have an enjoyable celebration that you and your guests would be able to have a great time.

You wish to pass on the wedding planning and design job to the experts. You also wish to have someone to navigate with you throughout this planning journey to offer you advice along the way that everything will come out beautiful and smooth. You look forward to creating an extravagant and lush design.

It is understandable that preparing for a wedding could be overwhelming as there are so many different vendors and details to handle. It is easy to get lost without a helping hand.

Wedding Design & Styling

This service ensures you have a beautiful wedding. We act as your wedding’s art director. All wedding elements will be beautiful and cohesive to the theme. Apart from producing mood board to illustrate your desired wedding, we’d recommend suitable vendors so that you could save time in the search! We’d work with them to realize your dreams.

This fits you if you want us to deep dive into the event aesthetics and create a one-of-a-kind wedding for you while you would hire a planner to focus on the logistics and coordination. We have collaborated with White Bridal and also Wedding Maestros here in Hong Kong.

Wedding Planning & Design

On top of making sure the wedding is all pristine and beautiful, this service coverage ensures you get to enjoy every bit of the wedding day. All wedding logistics and coordination will be taken care of.

We manage all aspects that you could simply enjoy the wedding!

Janice & Tavis - at M+ Museum, Hong Kong

This is the first museum wedding in HK where we have created the ceremony, dinner reception and after party around different areas inside M+.

The white floral patterns on all the stationery items were inspired by Janice’s wedding dress from Oscar de la Renta.

We aspired to create a classic and romantic green and white vibe while complementing the venue. The touches of red & yellow blooms were actually growing at the pergola where the ceremony was held. Over 30 tall trees we created at the dinner reception were to complement the high ceilings inside the museum which emphasized the dinner hallway. We lit up the space such that the focus is placed at the spiral staircase where all guests anticipated the grand reception entrance as well as the sweet heart table at the end of the hallway.

To make the menu more personalized, we sourced a Japanese fashion illustrator for their couple sketch of how they marched out from the ceremony. We have also linked up the after party vibe with trees and brought in more modern elements with mirror and fluorescent lights. We have set up a fashionable B&W photobooth at the party to capture all the tipsy yet candid moments.

 

Candy & Kyle - at Rosewood Hong Kong

Kyle hired us since the surprise proposal for Candy and we have journeyed with them along 3 pre-wedding shoots which were featured on Style Me Pretty then lastly at their wedding at Rosewood, which was featured on Wedluxe.

The sea of 3D florals were inspired by Candy’s 2 Elie Saab dresses and the colors and vibes were inspired by their new home. The 3D florals were found in the invitation, the decorations, and even the wedding favor itself which was a scented floral diffuser. Since Rosewood is modern and the interior was designed in darker tones, we transformed the space and made it more airy with all the feminine setup.

Fiona & Sam - At Rosewood Hong Kong

This was a wedding closed to their hearts as Sam’s family has been engaged in fruit business for many years. It is something their family loves and is proud of so they are eager to share this with all of their beloved guests via different wedding elements - a creative invitation with a juice package, a fruit yogurt bar, orange juice bar, game booth with fruit prizes, colorful dessert corner. Fiona, Sam and their bridal party have also prepared a surprise dance for all the guests!

 
 
 

The first private event At The Henderson

This birthday party is inspired by the client’s Chinese Zodiac sign while we infused modern and whimsical vibes to make the occasion for fun.

Our deco and stationery are inspired by a modern jungle/ tiger habitat with mirrored tables against tall tropical arrangements. Huge ceramic urns were sourced to create the tropical and luxurious scene. We had a Vogue-inspired B&W portrait booth with tropical arrangements.

Lighting was one of the most important elements of the evening, we first projected leafy patterns on the ceiling at the beginning of the dinner and switched to starry lights towards the end of the dinner when the after party began.
