As a boutique studio, we accept only a select number of commissions each year across Hong Kong and global destinations. This allows us to offer a deeply personalised experience, grounded in thoughtful attention, creativity and excellence.

Founder/ Creative Director
Like a lot of Asian kids, I joined banking upon leaving college and worked as a sales on the bank’s trading floor for a decade. My banking experience has honed my skills in efficiency, quality, and client experience. Quality and efficiency remain core values at AF Atelier.
Outside of work, I am an avid lover of good food, travelling, musicals & operas, languages, Impressionism arts and Chinese Calligraphy too! Even though I was an Economics major at UofChicago, my fondest college memory was in Vienna studying Western European Civilization. I had also furthered my studies in Interior Styling from Chelsea College of Arts.
Influenced by European and Chinese art, my aesthetics is defined by elegance, artistry, and a sense of effortless refinement.
How and Why AF Atelier was created
When planning my own wedding, I realised that many celebrations looked beautiful, yet lacked soul, coherence and emotional intention.
I wanted to make sure mine was authentic as well as enjoyable for everyone, so I started to craft my very own dream event. However, the lack of options and design shops have made this journey rather difficult. I then decided to look into my all-time favorite things for inspirations and that began my wedding planning journey.
I have always loved European arts & culture and hence my husband proposed in Vienna, and we decided to wed at Lake Como. We incorporated the proposal venue into our wedding logo, sent all guests a hand-drawn Lake Como map with famous landmarks, booked a boat tour for guests , hired a gelato cart during cocktail session, as well as organized fireworks to end the night. Most important of all, we made sure we could spend time to talk to every guest. A lot of them said it was the best and most memorable wedding they have been to.
AF Atelier was born from a desire to change that—to craft weddings that feel intimate, elevated and meaningful, where every detail has purpose.
Today, that vision has taken us from Hong Kong to Tuscany, Paris, Kyoto, and beyond.

AF’s aesthetics direction has a flair for sophistication, elegance and romance, and draws inspirations from a combination of delicate and feminine elements. The designs are appealing to the senses and remain timeless in the years to come.
