We place focus in bringing in styling and aesthetics advice which suit your vision. We communicate with all of your vendors to ensure they understand your story and desired mood.
We only take on a limited number of events and celebrations each year to ensure we give you our best and provide highly personalized service. We value quality of each celebration produced.

Founder/ Creative Director
Like a lot of Asian kids, I joined banking upon leaving college and worked as a sales on the bank’s trading floor for around 10 years. My banking experience has honed my skills in efficiency, quality, and client experience. Quality and efficiency remain core values at AF Atelier.
Outside of work, I am an avid lover of good food, travelling, musicals & operas, languages, Impressionism arts and Chinese Calligraphy too! Even though I was an Economics major at UofChicago, my fondest college memory was in Vienna studying Western European Civilization. I had also furthered my studies in Interior Styling from Chelsea College of Arts.
How and Why AF Atelier was created
During my wedding planning journey, I had a feeling that a lot of these celebrations in town were almost identical, and not much thoughts were put into guest experiences.
I wanted to make sure mine was authentic as well as enjoyable for everyone, so I started to craft my very own dream event. However, the lack of options and design shops have made this journey rather difficult. I then decided to look into my all-time favorite things for inspirations and that began my wedding planning.
I have always loved European arts & culture and hence my husband proposed in Vienna, we did our pre-wedding shoot in Paris and finally decided to wed at Lake Como. We incorporated the proposal venue into our wedding logo, sent all guests a hand-drawn Lake Como map with relevant tourist spots, booked a boat for guests to tour through the lake, hired a gelato cart during cocktail session, as well as organized fireworks over the lake. Most important of all, we made sure we could spend time to talk to every guest. A lot of them said it was the best and most memorable wedding they have been to.
That was how & why AF Atelier was created and I'd love to help you curate the event of your lifetime, create awesome memories for you and your guests to savor.
